Midlothian, Virginia native Charlotte Daniels began training with Rita Lynn Gilman at just 12 years old in 2019 and has developed into a highly accomplished pitcher and student-athlete. She recently completed her freshman year at University of Mary Washington (Class of 2029) while maintaining a 4.0 GPA.
A 2025 graduate of Midlothian High School, she earned First Team All-Region honors as well as Honorable Mention All-Metro recognition during her high school career. She also played an important role in helping lead Midlothian High School to a State Championship victory during her senior season.

As an instructor, she specializes in drop, rise, and changeup, with a strong emphasis on velocity, location, and spin efficiency. Having trained under Rita Lynn Gilman for years, she is passionate about helping young pitchers build strong mechanics, improve confidence in the circle, and develop pitches that translate into game success.
Her goal is to create a positive learning environment while teaching the fundamentals and advanced techniques that have shaped her own pitching journey.
