Sophia Peterson began pitching with Jackie Magill at Rita Lynn Gilman’s pitching shop at age 9 and is a rising senior from Ashland, VA. Sophia continues to work weekly with Jackie and is featured in Rita Lynn’s video on the importance of Stationary Drill Mechanics.
Sophia plays travel ball for the Virginia Glory organization and received multiple offers to pitch in college after her 2024-25 high school senior year. Sophia has verbally committed to Sweet Briar College.
Sophia has experience mentoring new pitchers and focuses on proper mechanics!
Her lesson rate is $45.
