Hello everyone,
My name is Lacey Waldrop. I played collegiately for Florida State from 2011-2015 and in the NPF for the Chicago Bandits from 2015-2018. You and your daughter have made a great investment by enrolling in pitching lessons with Rita Lynn and her team!
Rita coached me from the time I was 10 years old until I was competing at the collegiate level at Florida State, and I will forever be grateful for her exceptional instruction and guidance.
Currently, I am providing pitching lessons in Durham, North Carolina, for Softball Rebellion, and we have recently launched our online lesson option. I think this would be a format that you could take advantage of during the time in between your lessons with Rita, as I can provide you additional feedback and drills to improve.
I have included a flyer below with more information on pricing and formatting. I have also provided you with two video links. The first is an example of the initial mechanical evaluation I would provide and the second is an example of the personalized drills I would send after your evaluation.
For each video you send in, I will evaluate and explain how you can move better throughout your pitch and also provide you 2-3 drills to utilize throughout the week.
